Bandera technical expertise and new technical/commercial organization allow nowadays for innovative know-how to fulfil Bandera customer requirements and to lead to outstanding process efficiency.

Bandera designs and manufactures complete extrusion lines, mainly in blown film, foil & sheet, and pipe fields – the acquired process specialization has driven Bandera to select high-tech innovative solutions and competitive investments, through a quality-certified industrial process.

Bandera supplies single-screw extruders (screw diameter up to and over 380mm) and co-rotating and counter-rotating twin-screw extruders (screw diameter up to and over 220mm), including cascade configuration, extruders for high outputs and specific sectors such as:

• BOPP/PA and BOPET film (as far as extrusion and filtering section is concerned, Bandera has been official partner of Brueckner, Germany, for over 25 years now)
• Foamed EPS sheet for sound and heat proof applications in the industrial and civil building industry
• PET processing in the monofilament sector
• Various and special applications

Bandera supplies extrusion machinery (die diameter up to and over 300mm) and complete lines for thermoplastic coating of medium and large diameter steel pipes.

Moreover, Bandera has gained an excellent process expertise in extrusion lines for profiles– mainly from PVC but from PP, PA, and ABS as well – and for pelletizing – PVC and PET above others. Bandera supplies either single extruders or complete extrusion lines with calibration and/or cutting units.

Furthermore, Bandera has established a long-lasting cooperation with the company CDM ENGINEERING/OMP PREALPINA in the regeneration sector (extrusion/pelletizing of HDPE/PP/MIXED discarded thermoplastics), with lines featuring single-screw or co-rotating twin-screw extruders.

Bandera production workshops are equipped with CNC machines and cutting edge equipment – This means a constant evolution in design of extrusion screws and head melt flow channels (by making them suitable for thermoplastic best performances) and in output ranges. Bandera is world leader in the manufacture of mechanical components (screws, barrels, and heads) and outstands for excellent timing and outputs.
