The brand new three-layer SMART FLEX perfectly suits any need related to the production of generic packaging film, carrier bags, and shoppers and bags in general, multi-reel film for stretch wrap (bottles, cans, …), pallet cover film, converting film, and mulch film.

The brand new SMART FLEX series derives from a precise idea: high quality standards met even when and where substantial investments cannot be provided for.

As a matter of fact, this means innovation aimed at creating value in a cost effective manner and without any quality compromise –accurate design, choice of the most suitable configuration, accurate selection of suppliers and partners, exploiting the available economies of scale.

The above concept applies not only to emerging economies but also in technologically advanced nations where the need to produce generic film with minimized margins also emerged, i.e. where and when it is increasingly difficult to find resources for new investments.

Cost reduction is not derived from any reduction in component quality at all, but from the newly introduced concept of commodity, i.e. series production – general costs are not added to each single line but divided over a number of lines, thus allowing for an economy of scales achieved upon procurement. 

BANDERA is offering two line configurations: with rated output up to 350kg/h, corresponding to 1600mm useful width, and up to 500 kg/h, corresponding to 2200mm useful width.
