Second PET Bandera extrusion line installed in Russia during 2011

Bandera has recently tested an extrusion line, designed for the production of PET,PP and PS foil, for an important Russian producer.

 The customer was overall satisfacted by the tests which showed the already known versatility of Bandera’s products.

The line is equipped with a 5 cooling stack rolls calender which allows a maximum throughput of 1200 Kg/H while processing PET, 850 Kg/H with PP and 950 Kg/H with PS.

 The maximum foil width is 1100 mm, while the maximum bobbin diameter is 1500 mm.

 After 12 years of experience in the production of foil extrusion plants, Bandera is probably the only company who can offer such a wide range of thickness concerning the aterials used for the production of food packaging (PET: 120µm÷1500µm,PP:250µm÷2000µm, PS: 150µm÷2000µm, PLA: 180µm÷800µm) in addition to a safe, easy to use and highly efficient polyolefinic film lamination process.
